FAQ
Does the latest-rounds feed show every new AI financing?
No. It shows the rounds currently recorded in this collection. A recent announcement may not yet have been reviewed or selected. The feed's newest date describes the records on display, not the date of the last financing anywhere in the AI market.
How is the homepage’s featured financing chosen?
The featured financing is selected from the same collection as the table and ticker. It is an editorial highlight, not a claim to be the largest or newest financing in the AI market. Its source and company history remain available for context.
Can the homepage’s USD subtotal be quoted as the AI market’s funding total?
No. It covers only the unqualified USD amounts in the displayed selection. Native-currency figures and amounts described as “over” a threshold remain visible but are excluded from that calculation. Neither the subtotal nor its date range represents an exhaustive market total.
Why are IPOs, debt packages and planned investments absent from this selection?
The homepage selection focuses on company equity financing. Public offerings, combined debt packages and investment commitments describe different transactions. Keeping them outside this selection prevents their headline values from being added to a company-equity subtotal.
Where can I investigate a company after finding one round?
Use its Product History where available for the sequence of financing events and the narrative connecting them. The Investor Atlas provides another route into the participating capital providers; neither a feed card nor an investor badge is a complete cap table.
Does a large amount in the feed mean the company has strong operating results?
A financing amount records a capital event. It does not establish customer retention, profitability, model quality or investment suitability. Those questions require evidence beyond the round size displayed on the homepage.
